THE versatile, summerweight bra!

I’m a woman who HATES to wear bras. Unfortunately, I also like to wear next to not one thing in summer. Temperatures where I live may be over 100 degrees. And a great deal of t-shirts just can’t be worn without bras outside the house. Enter the Barely there model #103. I’ve tried innumerable cotton bras, sports bras, etc., and they are all very heavy material and elastic, suffocating me. But this is just one very, very light layer of fabric (on the minus side, not the bra to wear if you have prominent, always-erect nipples) and altho it’s synthetic, it breathes like cotton and is in truth the next best thing to going bare.

Notes:

1. My observations are on the white colour. I’ve just ordered the bra in black. I know from experience that black dye may on occasion cause fabric to be less stretchy and stiffer, so will keep you posted.

2. I’m a plus size woman who takes a 24W, and the Large is a little little on me, while the X-large is perfect. However, this is not to say that it runs large, just that it stretchings in truth in truth well.

3. Eveningwear solution: I once wore this bra underneath a modest evening dress and stuffed a strapless padded-cup bra inside it without hooking it closed at the back. Wow. Comfort and style. Looked outstanding and felt as comfy as pajamas all night long.

4. Strapless bra solution: Invert the bra so the bottom band is above your breasts and tuck the straps underneath. Voila – instant strapless look.

5. All that said – if you have big, bouncy breasts and plan to spend the evening at a disco, do yourself a favour and get something with a bit more support. Although I have worn it to dances, it’s not the best for a 250-pound woman with 38DDs jumping up and down. Great for each day wear, though, I wear it beneath all my clothes.

6. You don’t need me to tell you this, but fo course this bra does not one thing for your silhouette. It just prevents your bits from rotating and bouncing. If you want a built-up or pointy look, you want another bra, or else see solution #3 above.

Super Comfort

I’ve expended a lot of cash and time attempting to find a comfortable bra and the microfiber crop top bra is the best I’ve ever worn. Definitely worth the price! It’s as comfortable as being without a bra yet gives support.
