Helps with posture

I wore this to work and I thought it in truth helped with my posture. However, it does get uncomfortable after ~4 hours. The shoulder bands kept flipping over and rubbed versus my skin after awhile. I would commend this product but don’t wear it for too long.

Gave me back fat roll.

I purchased this item because I have poor posture and likewise suffer from tension headaches due to poor posture. However I was very disappointed because I am somewhat thin and commonly don’t have a roll from my bra straps. But, this item is so tight that it makes an unattractive roll where the bra stops. I think it is suppossed to smooth things out but it stops too short underneath the arms and the skin spills over. It may work for posture, but I never wore it because it makes my back look gross even though I am thin.

Not lifting.

I am a 38D and was not happy with these. I ordered 3 and they sit in my dresser.
